Checking in via the Combo mobile app allows your employees to indicate their working hours even if they don't have access to the time-clock app. You can see their location, in order to be sure they're at work. Practical, isn't it ?
The option to clock in from the mobile app is directly linked to our Combo Time-clock !
Activating the mobile clock-in for your teams
Go to Settings > Time Clock > Settings :
Select the "Activate mobile clock in" option
Choose to activate "Allow every employee to clock in on the mobile app" or select the concerned employees
Save
Good to know : The settings for the tablet clock-in will be applied to the mobile clock-in (meals, signing off breaks, etc.).
Clocking in from the mobile app
Go to the mobile app > My shifts :
Click on the "Begin" button to start your shift
Validate your current location and shift information
Your clock in has been taken into account ! 🎉
Good to know :
Shifts will be allowed to clock in two hours before the scheduled start time
The location muste be enabled for the Combo app in order to clock-in
If breaks clock ins during the shift are enabled, then the "Start my break" button will appear once the shift has begun
To end the shift, click on the Finish button :
Check all the information is accurate before validating
Your clock out has been taken into account ! 🎉
Finding the clock in and out on Combo
Go to Reports > Time clock :
Find all the clocked in shifts in the Control Column
Click on the location button to view from where the shifts were clocked in :
Good to know :
The mobile application and the Combo time clock are connected. Your employee can therefore clock in at the start of his shift from his phone, and then clock out on the tablet!
Geolocation data is stored for 30 days after the shift.
