Principle of Billing on Combo
When you activate your first establishment, Combo automatically creates a billing group.
This group includes:
The invoices
The payment methods
The billing address
The contacts
When you add a new establishment, you have two options:
Billing Mode | Advantages | Features |
Individual | Autonomy per establishment, separate accounting | ‣ Independent contact information and payment method |
Global | Centralization, fewer invoices to manage | ‣ Single payment method and contact information |
How to change the billing mode of an establishment
From Settings > Establishments & Schedules > Your establishment:
Click Edit billing (top right)
In Billing method, choose:
Create a new billing group → individual mode
Join an existing group → global mode
If creating a new group, provide:
Billing address
Payment method
Click Save
💡 Important: Separation will only take effect if the address and payment method of the new group are properly filled in.
