Productivity target can be set for your account as a whole, or by location. They enable you to plan your teams easily, thanks to our planning analysis tool.
If your productivity target is reached, it appears in green. If not, it turns orange.
Set a common target for the account
Go to Settings > Productivity :
Change default value before saving
Define an individual target for each location
Go to Settings > Locations & Schedules > your location > Scheduling > Targets :
Indicate the desired shift cost and productivity values before saving
