Why are photos deleted after 30 days?
Photos taken during time clock sign-ins are automatically deleted after 30 days. This policy complies with CNIL requirements for personal data protection.
You cannot manually delete these photos before the 30-day deadline. This restriction ensures time tracking traceability while limiting the retention period for biometric data.
Where can I view time clock photos?
Go to one of the following locations:
Access the Time Clock Report from the Reports section to view photos associated with time tracking records.
Open the relevant shift from the Schedule to see the photo linked to the sign-in for each work period.
💡 Photos only appear if the photo capture option has been previously enabled in the time clock settings.
How are time clock photos regulated?
Time clock photos are personal data strictly protected by GDPR regulations. Their use is limited to verifying employee presence.
Comply with the applicable restrictions:
You cannot export photos outside the Combo interface.
You cannot reuse photos for other purposes (marketing, communication, etc.).
Only authorized persons with appropriate rights can access this data.
These measures ensure secure and compliant management of your employees' personal data.
