How to validate your employee's actual hours from the mobile app ?

Do you want to validate your employee's working hours, but don't have a computer at hand ? Use our mobile app !

How to validate your employee's actual hours ?

Head to the Combo mobile app > Planning :

  • Click on the desired shift

  • Select 'Edit'

  • Fill in the required information (start and end of shift, meal, breaks)

  • Your employee wasn't present ? Click on the 'Absent' button at the top

  • Validate

What if there is nothing to edit ?

If your employee has worked the scheduled hours, simply click on 'Validate'

The hours worked by your employee will be directly validated, simple as that ! 🚀

Good to know :

  • If you entered the wrong hours, don't worry ! Click again on the shift to invalidate it

  • Our mobile app is available for smartphones and requires a version

    iOS 13 or Android 5.0 minimum. To download it, here for an iPhone and here for an Android phone !
