As an admin, you can disable schedule counters for package day contracts.
Head to Settings > Preferences to activate the option :
What are the impacts?
On the weekly and daily view of the schedule, you have the mention "Day package" instead of the hours counter.
In the Absences and attendance view of the schedule, the number of hours worked per day is no longer visible.
Good to know : As an employee, I don't see the mention of the "Day package" on the schedule.
