An un-salaried worker can be a company director or a self-employed person. He is affiliated to the social security of independent workers. The social protection is less expensive than the general regime but less advantageous.
The self-employed person declares their income once a year.
Is this your situation or the one of the employee you are creating ?
Head to employee profile > Contract tab :
Click on the "Actions" button
Select "Edit the contract"
Add a 35 hours weekly work time
Check the option "This contract is a daily contract"
Choose the team attached to the contract of the un-salaried worker
Check the option "Do not display in the personnel directory"
Save
Head to employee profile > Permissions and access tab :
Check "Administrator" in the Role and Permissions section
