How to purge employees' overtime?
➡️ Go to Reports, select your pay periode then the CTO tab :
For a better visibility, you find in the first two columns, the balance up to date for each employee, as well as the compensatory time off already put on the schedule at a later date.
The "To be paid" column allows you to enter the number of hours that you wish to pay and thus deduct from the CTO counter (only if your balance is positive).
The "Total overtime to be paid" column shows you the total number of hours to be paid, by adding the values indicated in the "To be paid" and "Overtime" columns.
The new CTO balance is then updated and the hours to be paid are reported in the accounting export.
Good to know : It is only possible to purge the employee's balance if there is current contract. If you purge your employee's CTO, this means that the overtime will be fully paid.
How does this reflect on the accounting export and on the employee profile?
In the accounting export
👉 Once the CTO have been purged, the CTO balance for each employee is updated, and the hours to be paid are reported in the accounting export, in column “CTO to be paid”.
In the employee's profile
👉 You will also find the purge history in the employee's CTO counter in his profile.
