From Settings > Establishments & Schedules:
Click on Add an establishment
Search for the name or SIRET number to auto-fill the fields
If not found, fill in the information manually
(Optional) Add the establishment’s logo
Indicate whether the establishment is a franchise
Provide:
Collective agreement
APE code
Occupational health service code
Click Save
